"Got the seats I wanted"
I used ticketon.com to get seats for a show, the seat map was easy to figure out. Nice being able to see what was still available and compare prices before choosing. Super helpful. Only giving 4 stars because the page was a little slow when I was switching between sections. Not a huge deal. Just made me nervous for a minute, like the seats might disappear or something. But overall, it worked fine and I ended up with the seats I wanted.

Overall, it’s been easy to use. There were a couple of little things that took me a minute to figure out, but nothing too frustrating, if that makes sense.

"Pretty good deal overall"
Got my tickets without getting hit with those crazy extra fees, which was nice. The prices looked better than the other sites I checked, so I was happy with it. If it stays like that, I’d probably use it again.

I bought tickets last week and the payment part felt safe, so that was good. The confirmation came fast too, like quicker than I was expecting. When I got to the event the tickets worked with no problem, so overall the site seems legit to me. Only thing is I kind of wish they showed the fees earlier, because that part was not my favorite surprise.

"Easy enough, but a little slow"
Ticketon.com was easy to use. I found the event I wanted without having to dig around forever, and checkout was straightforward. That said, a few pages took longer than I had patience for on my phone, which got annoying fast. I also had to go back once to double-check my seats. Not the end of the world, but I definitely noticed it. Overall, though, it got the job done.

I ordered tickets on ticketon.com and did get the confirmation email, so that part was totally fine. The checkout process just felt a little confusing and slow, if that makes sense. What annoyed me most was the extra fees showing up near the end after I had already picked my seats. It technically did what it was supposed to do, but I wouldn’t say it was a great experience

I did get them in the end, but the delivery took longer than I expected. I know sometimes you just have to be patient, but i felt like I was being forced to practice patience when I just wanted my order to show up.

I found a discount code and it did take a little off, so I guess that was nice, but I was kind of hoping for a better deal. The checkout process was smooth and I didn’t have any issues, which I appreciated, although part of me still felt a bit disappointed by the savings. I already had a good feeling ticketon would be simple to use, and this just confirmed it for me. The venue info was easy to find, especially the parking details and where the entrance was, which I always like to check ahead of time. Buying the tickets was quick, the confirmation email came right away, and there were zero problems at the door. They scanned perfectly and we went right in. Happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely use ticketon again...

Buying the tickets was easy, and I got them without any hassle. But man, the service fees at checkout were kind of stupid. The price looked fine at first, then suddenly jumped up more than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but I really wish they’d stop with that sneaky crap and show the full cost earlier.

I did end up getting my refund, but I had to wait longer than I think is fair. I understand delays happen, but when it comes to people’s money, companies should be upfront and do the right thing without making customers chase them.
